LAU Infra Grupa AS invites investors, shareholders and other interested parties to participate in a webinar on 31 August 2026 on the Company’s unaudited financial results for the first half of 2026 and key developments.

The webinar will be hosted by Vilnis Vitkovskis, Chairman of the Management Board of LAU Infra Grupa, and Armands Beiziķis, Member of the Management Board. During the webinar, the Company’s representatives will present the unaudited financial results for the first half of 2026 and provide an overview of the key developments.
The presentation will be followed by a Q&A session, during which all interested parties are invited to submit their questions to the Company’s management. Questions may be submitted by 27 August via e-mail at ieva.unda@nasdaq.com or through the webinar registration form.
After completing the registration form, a link to the webinar and information on how to join will be sent to the e-mail address provided. When joining a Zoom webinar for the first time, participants may be prompted to download the application.
