The Board of Directors of AS „Rīgas kuģu būvētava” announces that on August 11th, 2026, the Council was elected in a new composition at the Annual Shareholder’s meeting.
Four of the previous Members of the Council, Irina Aleksandrova, Jevgenia Diukhova, Andris Gulbis and Einārs Buks were re–elected, while Andrei Pentesihhin was elected as Member of the Council for the first time.
Andrei Pentesihhin has graduated from the Estonian Maritime Academy, obtaining the qualification of a marine mechanic. Until 2009 Andrei Pentesihhin has worked as a ship mechanic in several maritime companies registered in the Republic of Estonia, between 2009 and 2019 he held the position of Head of Technical Division in Unimars Baltic Supply OÜ, whereas from 2019 Andrei Pentesihhin holds the position of Administrative Director in SIA “Netaman ships Service”. Andrei Pentesihhin is not a shareholder of AS „Rīgas kuģu būvētava”.
