AS "Amber Latvijas balzams" (hereinafter – the Company), pursuant to the Rules for Issuers of Nasdaq Riga, AS, announces the following.
1. Regarding the submission of the legal protection proceeding measures plan for consideration
The Company announces that on August 5, 2026, it submitted the legal protection process measures plan (hereinafter – the Plan) to the Riga City Court and to the Company’s creditors for review.
2. Regarding the content of the Plan and further developments
Pursuant to the decision of the Riga City Court dated April 28, 2026, the deadline for the development and coordination of the Plan is set for October 5, 2026. The coordinated Plan must be submitted to the court for approval no later than the day following the expiration of the set deadline. The Company will provide separate information on further developments in this respect.
