Equity of the Company and the Company's net asset value as of 30 June 2026 was EUR 66.1 million or EUR 5.52 per share. At the end of 2025, these figures were EUR 64.6 million and EUR 5.4 respectively.
Investments of the Company into managed companies amounted to EUR 70.2 million at the end of June 2026 and EUR 54.15 million at the end of June 2025.
The net profit of the Company for 6 months of 2026 was EUR 1.51 million, the net profit of the Company for 6 months of 2025 amounted to EUR 0. 766 million.

INVL Technology, a company that invests in IT businesses, earned an unaudited net profit of EUR 1.51 million in the first half of 2026, a 97% increase from the EUR 0.766 million profit in the same period last year.
The company's equity and net asset value (NAV) stood at EUR 66.1 million at the end of June this year, with a NAV per share of EUR 5.52. Both indicators have increased by 2% since the beginning of the year.

INVL Technology, which is seeking to sell its portfolio of companies, is in communication with potential investors. The process is being facilitated by ICON Corporate Finance, a new mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisor selected at the beginning of this year.
Performance of portfolio companies
The aggregated revenue of INVL Technology's portfolio companies for the January-June 2026 period amounted to EUR 35.9 million, 22% more than in the same period last year (EUR 29.4 million). Gross profit for the comparative period increased by 23% to EUR 12.26 million, up from EUR 10 million a year earlier. Aggregated EBITDA was EUR 3.96 million, a 46% increase compared to the same period last year (EUR 2.72 million).
INVL Technology's portfolio includes the cybersecurity firm NRD Cyber Security, the GovTech firm NRD Companies, and the Baltic IT firm Novian.
NRD Companies' consolidated revenue for the first half of 2026 reached EUR 6.42 million, an increase of 15% from the same period last year (EUR 5.59 million). The company generated a gross profit of EUR 3 million, up 27% from the corresponding period last year. Operational efficiency improved, with the EBITDA margin increasing from 12% to 17% over the period, and EBITDA itself rising by 57% to EUR 1.07 million, compared to EUR 0.68 million a year ago. This also improved operating cash flow, which reached EUR 1.47 million in the first half of the year.
In the January-June period this year, Novian's consolidated revenue was EUR 18.69 million and its gross profit was EUR 4.84 million, representing increases of 49% and 25%, respectively, compared to the first half of last year (revenue of EUR 12.5 million and gross profit of EUR 3.89 million). The Novian group's EBITDA for the comparative period increased by 71% to EUR 1.98 million (compared to EUR 1.16 million in H1 last year).
"Within the Novian group, there is rapid growth in deep tech—programming solutions and artificial intelligence technologies for the defence, aviation, and quantum computing sectors. Revenue in this segment grew 2.7-fold in the first half of the year to EUR 3.9 million. The number of clients in this segment is also growing rapidly," says K. Tonkūnas.
NRD Cyber Security's revenue in the first half of this year grew by 3% compared to the same period in 2025, reaching EUR 6.2 million (up from EUR 6 million in H1 last year). Gross profit for the comparative period increased by 14% to EUR 2.39 million (from EUR 2.09 million a year ago), and EBITDA grew by 22% to EUR 1.06 million (from EUR 0.87 million a year ago).
"NRD Cyber Security's recurring service volumes are growing, and by the end of the year, we plan to nearly double the number of recurring contracts compared to the end of 2025," says K. Tonkūnas.
Managed by INVL Asset Management, the leading alternative asset manager in the Baltics, INVL Technology operates as a closed-end investment company. All of the company's investments are to be realised by mid-July 2028 at the latest, with proceeds distributed to shareholders.
