Amber Beverage Group Holding S.à r.l. (hereinafter referred to as the Group or ABG) announces that the composition of the ABG Supervisory Board has been changed and new members of the Supervisory Board have been appointed - Oleg Gousev, Valizhan Abidov and Normunds Staņēvičs. In accordance with the ABG Articles of Association and shareholder decision, Oleg Gousev will serve as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board, and Normunds Staņēvičs will serve as the Secretary of the Supervisory Board.
The previous members of the Supervisory Board, Simon Charles Rowe and Douglas Braugham Cunningham have left their positions on the board and the Group.
