About the public bond offering
Storent Europe AS is conducting a public bond offering of up to EUR 10 million, representing the first tranche under the company’s bond programme with a total size of up to EUR 35 million.
The bonds carry a fixed annual interest rate of 10%, with coupon payments made quarterly. The nominal value of each bond is EUR 100, and the maturity date is 17 March 2030.
The public offering will take place from 25 August 2026 to 10 September 2026 and will be open to both retail and institutional investors. Investors will be able to subscribe for the bonds through banks and investment service providers.
Part of the proceeds from the offering is intended to be used to refinance the existing bonds maturing in September 2026, while the remaining proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including investments in the rental fleet and further digitalisation.
