During the first six months of 2026, the Group delivered strong revenue growth, primarily driven by the consolidation of Eur Comtur S.R.L. in Romania. Revenues increased to EUR 27.0 million (H1 2025: EUR 23.6 million), while gross profit reached EUR 12.2 million.
Net profit was temporarily impacted by higher personnel costs related to internal reorganisation and integration activities following the acquisition of Eur Comtur S.R.L. The effect is expected to be temporary, with efficiency measures and organisational optimisation initiatives already being implemented.
The Group’s financial performance improved in the second quarter of 2026, returning to profitability. Overall, despite short-term integration effects, the Group demonstrates continued growth, improved scale and a strengthened market position in Central and Eastern Europe.
