Nordspace, an open-ended investment company for informed investors (hereinafter - the Company), announces its financial statements for the first half of 2026.
The main activity of the Company is the operations of funds and similar financial institutions. The Company owns businesses that develop and lease real estate properties.
The Company's revenue for the first half of 2026 amounted to 7,159,678 EUR, while the consolidated revenue of the group from rental activities amounted to 2,542,451 EUR.
The Company's net profit for the first half of 2026 amounted to 6,022,663 EUR, while the consolidated profit of the group companies amounted to 4,291,622 EUR.
