UAB Legal Balance revenue during the reporting period amounted to 12.6 million euros, which results in a 66% growth rate compared to the same period last year (the first half of 2025 – 7.5million euros). Profit before taxes increased by 86% and amounted to 6 million euros (2025 I half – 3.2 million euros). The company's 6-month EBITDA reached 7.8 million euros, which is 67% more than a year ago (2025 I half – 4.6 million euros).
Purchased debts
At the end of the first half of 2026, the company managed more than 251 million euro debt portfolio (63% more than a year ago). During the first half of 2026, investments in debt portfolios reached more than 17.7 million euros, and recoveries – more than 15.1 million euros.
eSkolos.lt debt platform
At the end of the first half of 2026, the portfolio of eSkolos.lt, retail debt purchase and administration platform, was 44.1 million euros. (11% more than a year ago). During the first half of 2026, the platform took over 3.9 million new debts and managed to recover 1.1 million euros in favor of the primary creditors.
Debt servicing
Administered client debt portfolio at the end of the first half of 2026 was over 63.5 million euros (11% more than a year ago). During the first half of 2026, clients transferred 14.5 million euros of new debts to the company for recovery, and in total 11.6 million euros were recovered for the benefit of our clients.
