On August 31 the Riga State City Municipality, as the shareholder of Rīgas ūdens SIA, decided to approve the concurrent holding by Imants Paeglītis, Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Rīgas ūdens SIA, with the position of Member of the Management Board of SIA “AUTESTS”.
Based on the assessment performed, it has been concluded that the concurrent holding of these positions does not give rise to a conflict of interest and does not affect Imants Paeglītis’ ability to perform his duties as a member of the Supervisory Board of Rīgas ūdens SIA.
