AB “East West Agro”, legal entity code 300588407 (the Company), announces that on 7 September 2026 it received a notification from Danas Šidlauskas, a member of the Board of the Company, regarding transactions carried out by him involving the sale of ordinary registered shares of AB “East West Agro” (ISIN: LT0000132060), which are being disclosed by the Company in accordance with the applicable legal requirements.
According to the notification received, the following share sale transactions were executed:
– on 2 September 2026, one transaction involving the sale of 84 shares;
– on 3 September 2026, one transaction involving the sale of 52 shares;
– on 4 September 2026, one transaction involving the sale of 280 shares;
for a total amount of EUR 5,251.90.
The Company notes that these transactions were carried out solely on the personal initiative of the Board member. The Company is not directly involved in these transactions and has no information regarding the reasons that led to the execution of these transactions.
