A clerical error has been identified in Note 3.9 "Loans received" of the report, in the comparative movement table for the year ended 31 December 2025. The name of one related party lender was incorrectly stated as "Matuda UAB." The correct name is "Preses Nams UAB", consistent with the Group's audited financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2025.
The correction relates solely to the name of the related party. It does not affect any financial figures, balances, cash flows, profit or loss, or comparative amounts presented in the interim financial statements.
A corrected version of the unaudited interim condensed consolidated financial statements is attached to this announcement and replaces the version originally published on 31 August 2026.

The development of Preses Nama Kvartāls is carried out in several construction phases. The first phase includes A-class office building. The concept of further development of landplot includes a medical or educational center, hotel or residential building, an office building and other facilities. Renovation works of the existing Preses nams building are also planned. The project developer is Lords LB Asset Management, whose total assets under management reached 1,423 billion euros by the end of December 2025.
