Amber Beverage Group Holding S.à r.l. (hereinafter referred to as the Group or ABG) announces that the composition of the ABG Supervisory Board has been changed and new members of the Supervisory Board have been appointed - Oleg Gousev, Valizhan Abidov and Normunds Staņēvičs. In accordance with the ABG Articles of Association and shareholder decision, O.Gousev will serve as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board, and N.Staņēvičs will serve as the Secretary of the Supervisory Board.
O.Gousev is a long-serving senior executive, with extensive experience in senior leadership positions within the spirits and wine industry.
V.Abidov is a long-standing member of the management team of AS Amber Latvijas balzams and currently also serves as a member of the Supervisory Board of AS Amber Latvijas balzams.
The previous members of the Supervisory Board, Simon Charles Rowe and Douglas Braugham Cunningham have left their positions on the board and the Group.
As previously announced, Arturs Evarts has also left his position on the board and the Group.
