Vilnius/Riga/Tallinn, Nasdaq Baltic Market, October 12, 2026 – Nasdaq (NDAQ) announces that the bonds of UAB KRS have been admitted to trading on the Nasdaq Baltic First North market through Nasdaq Vilnius.
The total amount of bonds placed across the Baltic countries is EUR 6 million, with a nominal value of EUR 1,000 per bond and an annual interest rate of 9.25%, payable semi-annually. The bonds will mature on April 12, 2029. The company plans to use the proceeds to increase working capital, develop general contracting projects, and refinance existing liabilities.
“The projects implemented by KRS include infrastructure that is important both to Lithuania’s economy and to people’s everyday lives. The company is building an advanced therapy center and an infectious diseases facility at Santaros Klinikos, has reconstructed the interior spaces of Vilnius Airport terminals, and is constructing the management center of the Klaipėda State Seaport Authority. Its portfolio also includes new kindergartens in Vilnius and the reconstruction of the Klaipėda Summer Concert Hall. These projects serve different purposes, but they share one thing in common: their long-term importance to society. We are pleased that KRS is turning to the capital markets to finance its activities. It is a good example of how investor capital can support the growth of companies developing the country’s infrastructure,” says Gediminas Varnas, President of Nasdaq Vilnius.
“Our company’s slogan, ‘Building for Future Generations,’ reflects the principle of creating long-term value that guides our everyday work. We bring the same principle to the capital market, seeking long-term cooperation with all market participants based on value creation and realization. I believe it is particularly important that institutional and retail investors participated in the offering in almost equal proportions. In this way, people across the Baltic countries can indirectly contribute to the development of important infrastructure. I would like to thank them, as well as everyone who participated in and contributed to the success of the bond issue,” says Paulius Grigas, CEO of UAB KRS.
The bond distributor is UAB FMĮ Orion Securities, with C Capital Market acting as an additional distributor, and the trustee is UAB Grant Thornton Baltic.
