Kalve Coffee announces shareholder loyalty programme components
Specialty or premium coffee roasting company AS Kalve Coffee will offer several benefits to shareholders who own at least 100 shares of the company. In parallel, there will also be special events for any current shareholder to expand their knowledge about coffee consumption and industry trends.
“Ever since we informed the public about our goal to become a listed company, we have mentioned that a special loyalty programme for shareholders is being planned. Now is the time to reveal it, as it is expected that the shares will be listed on the Nasdaq Riga First North alternative market at the end of this week,” emphasizes Gatis Zēmanis, co-founder and chairman of the board of AS Kalve Coffee.
“The main reason for not announcing this earlier was the need for each investor to assess the fundamental value of the company and not to emphasize factors that are not related to this,” Zēmanis added.
Any shareholder who owns at least 100 shares will be entitled to receive the following:

Loyalty basket - coffee/products that are only available to loyalty programme members once a year.

10% discount on all products in cafes in addition to existing discounts (Magic Stamp).

Four times a year receive a 25% discount coupon for purchases in the e-shop, where the discount applies to purchases up to 300 EUR per purchase.
Moreover, any shareholder (regardless of the number of shares held) will have the right to participate in various events where they will be able learn about various industry developments and as well as deepen their general knowledge about coffee.
