Recording of UAB “Kvartalas” webinar on the public offering of bonds
On December 5, 2024, UAB “Kvartalas” organized a webinar about the public bond offering to finance the development of “Sąvaržėlė” business centre located on Konstitucijos Avenue in Vilnius. The subscription period of the 1st tranche ends on 11 December 2024. During the webinar, Marius Žemaitis, a Fund Manager at “Lords LB Asset Management”, presented key highlights about “Sąvaržėlė” business centre and the bond offering.

Main terms of the offering
Investors in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia can purchase 60 000 bonds with a nominal value and an issue price of EUR 100 and annual interest rate of 8% per annum (paid semi-annually). The bonds will mature on 19 December 2026.
