Nasdaq Tallinn decided on February 5, 2025 to apply an additional reason for applied observation status to Punktid Technologies shares (PNKTD, ISIN code: EE3100089160).

Taking into account the Independent auditor’s report on the financial annual report of 2023 for Punktid Technologies AS, where the auditor does not express an opinion, Nasdaq Tallinn decided to supplement the observation status with an additional reason in accordance with the First North Rules section 40.2.2.8, which states that the observation status may be applied under any other situation or condition that may substantially influence the interests of investors in the opinion of the Exchange.

The purpose of using the observation status is to draw the attention of market participants to the aforementioned circumstances.

The observation status applied to the company on July 1, 2024 is also still in force.
