“This bond issuance is a strategically planned step that allows us to continue executing our development plans and become one of the leading producers of eggs and egg products in the Baltic region. At the beginning of last year, APF already raised €7 million in private issuance from CVI, with a provisional commitment to provide an additional €5 million, subject to the company meeting certain predefined financial conditions. We have successfully fulfilled these conditions and are moving forward – we have recently commissioned an egg product production complex, opened new warehouse facilities, and are in the final stage of completing the construction of two new laying hen house,” says Jurijs Adamovičs, Chairman of the Board of APF Holdings.
