AS „Rīgas kuģu būvētava” (Company) hereby declares that it has still not managed to prevent the reasons indicated in announcements of April 30^th, 2024, June 12^th, 2024, July 23^rd, 2024, August 30^th, 2024, October 04^th, 2024, January 16^th, 2025, and February 28^th, 2025, for which an audited financial report of 2023 is not yet published.

The Company in cooperation with its auditors takes all possible measures to complete the audit of the financial report of 2023 as soon as possible and to approve an audited financial report of 2023 at the next Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting.

According to the measures taken up to date, the Company intends to publish an audited financial report of 2023 until April 30^th, 2025.
