Notes issue is structured as a private placement with EUR 100,000 minimum investment.
The Notes issue has been arranged by Signet Bank AS.
Due to the current noteholders’ exchange to the new Notes in amount of EUR 22,917,000, the LV0000860112 issue size will be reduced to EUR 27,083,000, and the respective notes will be redeemed ahead of schedule on 30 April 2025 (originally set to mature on 30 September 2025).
