The resolutions of the Bondholders Meeting (hereinafter – the Meeting) of UAB "REFI Energy", legal entity code 306284592, address Gynėjų St. 14, Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania (hereinafter – the Issuer) that was held on 13 May 2025:

1. Regarding the setting of an additional term to provide the financial reports of the guarantor for the years 2024-2026

​1.1. To extend the term of 4 months from the end of the financial year to publish the Guarantor's annual audited financial reports for the financial years 2024 to 2026 to 30 June of each year, as provided for in clause 13(e)(iii) of the Terms and Conditions of the Bonds issued by the Issuer.
