On May 22, 2025, SIA “Rīgas ūdens” organized webinar about the company’s public bond offering, which takes place from May 21, 2025 until May 30, 2025.
During the webinar Krišjānis Krūmiņš, Chairman of the Management Board of the company, Normunds Zvaunis, Member of the Management Board, and Agnese Ozolkāja, Member of the Management Board of SIA “Rīgas ūdens” presented SIA “Rīgas ūdens” business overview, main terms of the European Green Bond public offering and answered participants’ questions.

Main terms of the offering
During the public bond offering, SIA “Rīgas ūdens” is offering up to 200,000 bonds to institutional and retail investors, each with a nominal value of EUR 100, a fixed interest rate of 4% annually, and a 5-year maturity.
In the first tranche, the company plans to raise up to EUR 20 million, with the total programme volume of up to EUR 60 million. The proceeds from the first tranche of the European Green Bonds will be used for the renovation and expansion of the sewerage pipeline network, as well as the further modernization of “Daugavgrīva” – the largest biological wastewater treatment plant in the Baltics.
