AS Grenardi Group has published its unaudited condensed consolidated financial statements for the period ended on 30 June 2025.
Business results
In 6M 2025 the Group’s revenue reached € 13.47M, which is by 32% more than in 6M 2024. In 6M the Group’s gross profit was € 7.65M and gross margin 56.8%. The Group’s EBITDA and EBITDA margin for 6M 2025 was € 2.48M and 18% respectively. The improvement in EBITDA compared to the same period in 2024 was primarily driven by higher gross margins from retail sales, growth in same-store sales across all countries, and increased operational efficiency.
During Q2 2025 Grenardi Group closed three GIVEN stores – one store in Lithuania, one store in Estonia and one store in Lithuania.
