During extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of AB East West Agro on 16th of September 2025, these decisions were taken:
1. To change the Company’s registered office address from the current address “Tikslas street 10, Kumpiai village, Kaunas district” to the new registered office address: “Sausinės street 1, Sausinės village, Kaunas district;
2. To authorize the CEO of the Company Gediminas Kvietkauskas or any other person authorized by him to perform all necessary actions required to register the change of the Company’s registered office address with the Register of Legal Entities of the State Enterprise Centre of Registers.
