Donelaičio g. 62-1, LT-44248 Kaunas, Republic of Lithuania (hereinafter – the Issuer), announces that, in accordance with the Issuer’s base prospectus approved by the Bank of Lithuania on 5 May 2025 (hereinafter – the Prospectus), and the final terms of the third tranche of the Issuer’s bonds (ISIN LT0000133472) (hereinafter – the Final Terms), the bond offering under the Final Terms, up to a total of €4.5 million (which may be increased as specified in the Final Terms), will be conducted in the Republic of Lithuania, the Republic of Latvia, and the Republic of Estonia starting from 09 February 2026.
