Donelaičio str. 62-1, LT-44248 Kaunas, Republic of Lithuania (the Issuer), announces that due to sufficient investor demand, the Issuer has decided to end the offering period for the third tranche of bonds (ISIN LT0000133472), effective immediately upon publication of this notice. New subscription orders are no longer accepted.
As of the publication of this notice, Nasdaq Exchange Members shall no longer accept new subscription orders from investors. By 15:30 today (18 February 2026), Members may only submit into the Exchange Trading System buy orders that were received prior to this announcement but not yet entered. Any orders submitted into the Exchange Trading System after 15:30 will not be executed and will not be eligible for bond allocation.
The results of the third tranche offering will be announced in a separate notice.
