Zlata Elksniņa-Zaščirinska, an experienced senior executive with more than 20 years of professional experience in tax, legal, regulatory, business and financial advisory, will join the Supervisory board of AS INDEXO Banka. Meanwhile, Ramona Miglāne is stepping down from the Supervisory boards of AS INDEXO Banka and IPAS Indexo.
Zlata Elksniņa-Zaščirinska for more than ten years has been the Country Managing Partner of PwC Latvia, and has also held the position of Vice Chair of the PwC Central Europe Partner Council. Her professional background spans regional-level governance, investments in innovation, IT and cybersecurity, as well as risk and compliance oversight. From 2016 to 2025, she was the Chair of the Board of the Foreign Investors’ Council in Latvia (FICIL), and since 2025 she has served as the Vice Chair. She holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Latvia, has completed the Baltic Institute of Corporate Governance (BICG) board member training, and is FCCA certified.

Changes to the Supervisory boards of INDEXO Bank and IPAS Indexo have been approved by the Bank of Latvia and registered with the Enterprise Register.
