Nasdaq Riga decided on March 5, 2026 to approve the application of AS “Latvijas Jūras medicīnas centrs” and to delist its shares (ISIN LV0000100741, ticker LJM1R) from the Baltic Secondary List. The last listing day of AS “Latvijas Jūras medicīnas centrs” is set to March 9, 2026.
AS “Latvijas Jūras medicīnas centrs” (hereinafter – the Company) shareholders at the extraordinary shareholders’ meeting held on December 18, 2025 decided to delist the Company’s shares from the regulated market. On 14 January 2026, the Supervisory Committee of Bank of Latvia decided to allow SIA “POM” to make a share buyback offer for the exclusion of the Company’s shares from the regulated market. After the completion of the offer, SIA “POM" holds 255 674 shares of the Company, representing 31.96% of the Company’s voting rights.
