On publishing of the financial reports

AS „Rīgas kuģu būvētava” (Company) hereby declares that it has prevented the reasons indicated in announcements of April 30^th, 2024, June 12^th, 2024, July 23^rd, 2024, August 30^th, 2024, October 04^th, 2024, January 16^th, 2025, February 28^th, 2025, April 03^rd, 2025, April 30^th, 2025, July 11^th, 2025, September 29^th, 2025, November 27^th, 2025, and January 20^th, 2026, for which the audited financial report of 2023 is not published, but the audit of the financial report has not yet been completed due to other circumstances.

Considering that the auditors are busy with the audit of the financial reports of 2025 of their other customers, the auditors have limited resources to complete the audit of the Company’s financial report of 2023, but in close cooperation with auditors, it is planned that the audit of the Company’s financial report of 2023 would be completed in the first half of April 2026, whereas accordingly the Company could publish the audited financial report of 2023 by April 15^th, 2026.

The Company also informs that immediately after preparing the audited financial report of 2023, for the purposes of providing financial information to investors, the Company will publish an unaudited financial report of 2024.
