According to the decision made by the Management Board of Nasdaq Tallinn on March 9, 2026, a total of 5,000 additionally issued bonds of Volta SKAI OÜ, each with a nominal value of EUR 1000 (Volta SKAI secured bond 25-2027, ISIN code: EE0000002475) will be admitted to trading on Baltic First North Bond List.
The aforementioned bonds of Volta SKAI OÜ will be admitted to trading as of March 11, 2026 or on a date close to it.
Thus, altogether 17,000 bonds of Volta SKAI OÜ will be traded under the trading code VOLTA100027FB on or about March 11, 2026.
