AS “Agrova Baltics”, informs that in March 2026 several unauthorized access attempts were detected at the premises of one of the Group’s subsidiaries, SIA “Alūksnes putnu ferma”.
The Company has immediately notified the competent law-enforcement authorities, and all necessary measures are being taken to ensure operational continuity and security at the production facility.
SIA “Alūksnes putnu ferma” continues to operate at full capacity in a stable manner. Security measures at the facility have been strengthened, and close cooperation with the competent authorities is ongoing.
AS “Agrova Baltics” emphasizes that the Group’s companies consistently comply with the highest standards of quality, biosecurity and regulatory compliance, as confirmed by regular inspections by national authorities as well as by international audits.
