The open-ended investment company for informed investors Nordspace (hereinafter – the Company) publishes its financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2025.
The Company’s principal activity is the operation of funds and similar financial institutions. The Company owns subsidiaries engaged in the development and lease of real estate assets.
In 2025, the Company generated revenue of EUR 3,080,144, while the consolidated revenue of the group amounted to EUR 4,204,066.
In 2025, the Company earned a profit of EUR 1,766,769, while the consolidated profit of the group amounted to EUR 513,004.
The Company also informs that the group’s shareholder structure changed during the first quarter of 2026. Following the Company’s repurchase of part of the shares previously held by earlier investors and the completion of a new share issue, UAB TB Investicijos currently holds 60% of the Company’s shares, combined shares owned directly and through the management company UAB Nordspace. The remaining shares in the Company are held by 29 other investors, each of whom holds less than 10% of the Company’s shares.
