NEO Finance, AB announces changes in the Head of Administration position. As of 30 March 2026, these duties will be temporarily assumed by the current Chairman of the Board, Evaldas Remeikis, in order to ensure continuity of the Company’s operations. He will replace Juozas Kaminskas, who has led the Company until now.
Juozas Kaminskas joined the NEO Finance team in June 2025.

NEO Finance plans to initiate the selection process for a permanent Head of Administration in the near term. Further decisions regarding the appointment will be announced separately.
