According to the audited report, CrossChem achieved a turnover of EUR 18.8 million in 2025, while EBITDA increased by 33% year-on-year, reaching nearly EUR 1.4 million. The EBITDA margin stood at 7.3%, slightly exceeding the company’s target range of 6–7%.
During the reporting period, the company continued to strengthen its market position and operational efficiency – the customer portfolio grew by 4%, laboratory testing volumes increased by 26%, and several new products were introduced across both professional and household segments.
In 2025, CrossChem invested approximately EUR 1.5 million in research and development, production modernisation, and process automation, further enhancing its long-term competitiveness and efficiency.

We remain focused on developing chemical distribution infrastructure, expanding our product portfolio, and entering new markets. The company maintains a balanced financing structure, combining bond financing (in the form of secured notes) listed on the Nasdaq Riga First North market with bank loans. CrossChem continues to closely monitor interest rate fluctuations, particularly EURIBOR, while applying prudent risk management practices, including strict receivables control and the use of international trade credit insurance.
In 2026, the company targets a turnover of EUR 20–25 million, maintaining an EBITDA margin within the range of 6–7%.
Going forward, CrossChem will continue to focus on improving efficiency, advancing automation, and developing its infrastructure, ensuring stable and sustainable growth while creating long-term value for investors.
