We would like to inform that Numai’s subsidiary, Numai EE2 OÜ (registration code 17302030), operating in Estonia, successfully concluded a credit agreement with AS LHV Pank (registration code 10539549) at the end of March 2026.
The financing is intended to support further growth in the Estonian market by strengthening the real estate portfolio, which forms the basis for the development of the Rent-to-Buy offering and increasing its accessibility to a broader customer base.
This agreement marks an important milestone, strengthening our funding base and enhancing our capital structure with the addition of a new local banking partner alongside our existing financing. It also reflects growing confidence in our operating performance and business model in the Estonian market.
