AS INDEXO Banka, a subsidiary of exchange-listed IPAS INDEXO, has received approval from the Bank of Latvia for the prospectus of the bank's Tier 2 subordinated bond issuance. The subscription period will run until 24 April of this year. Under the issuance, INDEXO Bank plans to raise €3 million to support the growth of the bank's loan portfolio and strengthen its overall capital adequacy.
The approval of the prospectus allows INDEXO Bank to carry out a public offering of subordinated bonds to retail and professional investors in Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia.
The Base Prospectus of the bond issuance programme, the Final Terms of the 1st issuance (series) of the bond issuance programme, and the issuance Summary have been published and are available in electronic format on the INDEXO website at www.indexo.lv/investoriem.
