Last year, the energy commodities trader and convenience store network Virši (AS VIRŠI-A and its related group companies) achieved a turnover of EUR 398.1 million, representing a 4.6% increase compared to 2024. The Company’s audited consolidated profit in 2025 reached EUR 5.6 million, while EBITDA amounted to EUR 15.2 million. To strengthen its market position and support long-term growth, investments made during the year totalled EUR 10.6 million.
In 2025, Virši continued to consistently implement its development strategy, which includes expanding and modernising the fuel station network, developing alternative fuel offerings, and strengthening its position in the energy segment.
The largest business segment - convenience stores - accounted for 51.8% of Virši gross profit in 2025, totalling EUR 22.9 million, which is an increase of 11.7% compared to 2024. Growth in this segment was driven by a high-quality and diverse product assortment, a revised loyalty offering, and consistently high customer service standards. At the same time, challenges were posed by a slowdown in the macroeconomic environment and high food price inflation.
Fuel product sales maintained stable growth - in 2025, gross profit reached EUR 21.4 million, which is 9.2% more than the previous year. Despite intense competition and price fluctuations, retail fuel volumes increased by 10.8%, significantly exceeding overall market growth.
