AB “East West Agro”, legal entity code 300588407 (hereinafter – the Company), hereby informs that on 17 April 2026 it received a notification from Board Member Danas Šidlauskas regarding his sale transactions carried out on 17 April 2026 in relation to ordinary registered shares of AB “East West Agro” (ISIN: LT0000132060), about which the Company has informed in accordance with the procedure established by applicable legislation.
According to the received notification, on the said date, through approximately 10 transactions, a total of 1,020 shares were sold for an aggregate amount of EUR 13,457.70.
The Company notes that on 15 April 2026, having observed unusual trading activity in its shares and prior to receiving any notification from Board Member Danas Šidlauskas, and without knowledge of the person conducting such transactions, it informed the competent market supervisory authority – the Bank of Lithuania – in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
The Company emphasizes that these transactions were carried out solely on the personal initiative of the Board Member. The Company is not directly related to these transactions and does not possess information regarding the reasons that led to them.
