AB “East West Agro”, legal entity code 300588407 (hereinafter – the Company), announces that on April 21, 2026 it received a notification from board member Danas Šidlauskas regarding his sale transactions carried out on April 21, 2026 involving ordinary registered shares of AB “East West Agro” (ISIN code: LT0000132060), about which the Company informed in accordance with the procedure established by legal acts.
According to the received notification, on that day, through approximately 5 transactions, a total of 366 shares were sold for a total amount of EUR 4,962.50.
The Company reminds that on April 15, 2026, having observed unusual transactions in its shares and not yet having received a notification from board member Danas Šidlauskas and not knowing who was carrying them out, it informed the competent market supervisory authority – the Bank of Lithuania – in accordance with the procedure established by legal acts.
The Company draws attention to the fact that these transactions were carried out solely on the personal initiative of the board member. The Company is not directly related to these transactions and does not have information regarding the reasons that led to them.
