Vilnius/Riga/Tallinn, Nasdaq Baltic Market – Nasdaq (NDAQ) announces that an EUR 8 million bond issue of Lithuanian telecommunications company UAB Consilium optimum, operating under the Fastlink brand, has been admitted to trading on the Nasdaq Vilnius First North market. During the public bond offering, the company received investor demand exceeding EUR 9.3 million, or approximately 1.2 times the size of the issue.
A total of 595 investors from all three Baltic countries participated in the bond offering, generating aggregate demand of more than EUR 9.3 million. Of this amount, EUR 6.5 million consisted of orders for newly issued bonds, while EUR 2.8 million represented orders from existing investors exchanging their current bonds for securities of the new issue. Approximately one-third of the demand came from institutional investors, with the remainder contributed by retail investors. Lithuanian investors accounted for the largest share of demand at 61.2%, followed by Estonian investors at 27.4% and Latvian investors at 11.4%.
