On March 27, 2026 Tuul Mobility OÜ published a market announcement about the filing of a bankruptcy petition, as a result of which the Exchange suspended trading with Tuul Mobility OÜ bonds as of March 27, 2026.
According to items 46.1. and 46.2.2. of the First North Rules, the Exchange may adopt a resolution regarding termination of trading of financial instruments if the Issuer is a subject of insolvency.
On 30 June 2026, Harju County Court terminated the insolvency proceedings of the debtor Tuul Mobility OÜ by court order due to abatement, without declaring bankruptcy, and directed the company to liquidation. The issuer’s permanent insolvency constitutes a material breach under clause 46.2.2 of the First North Rulebook, as a result of which the issuer’s securities no longer meet the requirements set out in the rulebook and continued trading is not possible.
With reference to the above, the Listing and Surveillance Committee of Nasdaq Tallinn decided on July 16, 2026 to terminate the trading with the bonds of Tuul Mobility OÜ from First North Market as of July 20, 2026.
