For the purpose of providing financial information to investors, the Company publishes an unaudited financial report of 2024.
In 2024 a total net turnover of AS „Rīgas kuģu būvētava” amounted to EUR 2 216 930 (in comparison in 2023 a total net turnover amounted to EUR 1 741 796), whereas the report period the Company has closed with a gross loss in the amount of EUR 45 408 (respectively in 2023 the gross loss amounted to EUR 822 501).
The Company informs that a net profit in the report period was in the amount of EUR 369 891.
The Company informs that the audit of the financial report of 2024 will commence after the auditor’s approval at the Company’s Annual Shareholders’ Meeting held on August 11th, 2026, whereas an audited financial report of 2024 the Company intends to publish in period till the end of 2026.
