AB Panevėžio stiklas, which issued a EUR 6.16 million bond offering listed on the Nasdaq First North market in April 2026, has made its first scheduled interest payment of EUR 130.9 thousand in line with the bond terms, successfully fulfilling its debt obligations to investors. This milestone reflects the Company's financial reliability and disciplined approach to meeting its commitments. The Company also remained fully compliant with all financial covenants under the bond terms. AB Panevėžio stiklas is the only manufacturer of flint glass containers in Lithuania, supplying beverage and food producers in both domestic and export markets.
According to unaudited financial data, the Company's sales revenue amounted to EUR 11.4 million in the first half of 2026, representing a decrease of approximately 4% compared with the same period last year. Such a reduction was mainly attributable to colder-than-usual weather conditions during the first months of the year, which temporarily slowed deliveries of the Company's products to customers. As of the end of the reporting period, the Company employed 181 people in total.
